Very old hotel with outdated facilities. However, there is a bus stop downstairs that can go to the bus station, as well as the tesco express that runs late.
Far from the city center and the beach. Not very recommended for travel.

The room was tidy and staff were nice. We got a double bed and a single bed in the room as we have 2 adults and a kid. The room was tidy and clean. It got a tesco express right next to the hotel. If you enjoy to have a walk or run at waterfront, you must love to there as the hotel is at the waterfront. I saw people run and walk their dogs. Some of them brought their kids to have a walk.

Hotel clean and tidy rooms, bit disappointed not be told that there was staff trining in the beefeater on Sunday evening. Was there for breakfast and lunch that day. Scaffolding outside on side but not issue. Great breakfast, good location.

Stayed for a weekend aways from Manchester for a resting weekend as I have been ill first night amazing second was awful group of teenagers banging playing rugby on the hall trying to get in our room scaring my little girl to death so wouldn't sleep they were on the floor above to so was like there was a nightclub upstairs with the noise and banging this went on till the early hours even after being told by staff and numerous complaints we left early on the Sunday rather then enjoying our last day exhausted as we had about two hours sleep gutted as I've come back worse then I went

Such a shame that what should be a great location to have a good, modern hotel is a disappointment. If you want a quiet hotel - do not chose this one! Lorries offloading next door for bins etc 2 days running in the early hours and generally noisy in the night if on west side of hotel. No warnings given about this. Also watch out for the Excel parking - very easy to get caught out and you have to be up early to renew!!

There is parking available right next to the hotel which is much closer than the parking at sainsburys which is what I used. There is a Tesco express next to the hotel which is handy. Nice location on the waterfront. A bit of a walk into the center of Swansea
